About Sean
Born and raised in Montreal, I moved to Winnipeg in '99 and started my real estate career in 2006. My two kids and my wife are my passion in life and real estate is a close third! I had been "flipping" homes and doing renovations to my own rental properties so real estate was a natural progression. By 2011, I had reached top ten sales profile at a national brand. I coined 204Homes.ca and started branding myself under that website moniker, and have since transitioned to being known as "The Kirady Group". In 2013 I obtained my Broker's licence, in 2016 my Commercial Licence and started representing landlords and tenants for purchases and leases.
In 2017 I opened the office I now own and operate - RE/MAX One Group. I work with a large team of qualified agents available to help you along your home buying journey. Along with our team admin, we offer our clients the best service possible. I've always been geared to meeting new people and so my love for real estate translates well with meeting new clients and helping them achieve their goals and dreams. My favourite part of my job is seeing the smiles I create through hard work and dedication when someone finally gets that beautiful house for their family or when we sell a home and everything goes PERFECT!
