For over 11 years, Maria has trained for and completed more than 60 half and full
marathons. Running instilled in her the value of dedication, preparation, consistency,
and maintaining focus on the finish line—qualities she now brings to every real estate
experience. From the first conversation to possession day, she understands that
success stems from thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and providing steady
support every step of the way.

Maria's passion for real estate originated through a referral to a REALTOR® who would
later become her husband and now business partner. With over 25 years of experience
in the Winnipeg market, James has imparted invaluable insight and knowledge that,
when combined with their own experiences buying, selling, and renovating homes,
enables them to offer trusted guidance and exceptional service to clients.

With a background in sales and a strong customer service mindset, Maria genuinely
enjoys helping people through important life decisions. She believes real estate is about

Even though Maria has traveled and raced in many cities and countries, Winnipeg will
always be home. Some of her favorite memories were created right here through local
races, community events, festivals, parks, and the incredible people who make this city
such a welcoming place to live. Having lived, trained, and built strong community
connections throughout Winnipeg, she understands the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and
values that make each area unique.

When not working with clients, Maria can usually be found enjoying the outdoors,
kayaking, golfing, traveling, or spending time with family and friends while collecting
new experiences and adventures along the way.
