About Donnette

A licensed broker, manager and, REALTOR®, Donnette has been in the industry for 13 years and her passion for all things real estate has only grown in that time. She thrives on continuing to hone her skills in every area of her field through continued education, and her success is built on building meaningful connections with her clients and employees through honesty, compassion, and trust. Helping others is what drives her, and this business allows her to do that every day.

Her passion for people and supporting others has allowed her to grow in success both in supporting agents, and recruiting new ones to her office. She’s also skilled in diffusing tension, and fielding questions and concerns, making her a trusted manager and confidant for many new agents. She’s continually finding new ways to promote her brokerage to build a strong, unified team.

While being a managing broker has taken up the majority of her time in the recent years, Donnette continues to work directly with clients in her not-so-spare time. She brings a sense of compassion mixed with realism in every area of her work. Being in the real estate market as a buyer or seller is hard work, with hurdles to navigate and barriers to overcome. She works hard to relate to her clients and understand their stress and fear, but also their joy when they find their dream home.

Her reason and why for every area of her work is her love for her family and her desire to leave a legacy of hard work and passion for what she does. She loves spending time with her husband, traveling, reading, baking, and listening to music.

Having been in real estate industry since 2006, she attributes her success to her honest, ethical way of communicating and really getting to know her clients and team members – in addition to her attention to detail. She find fulfillment in listening to her clients and agents, while always working to find a solution, and becoming fast friends throughout the process.
